Pumpkin Pie | Sleepy Hollow

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pie crust unbaked
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree fresh or canned
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450F/ 230C.
  • Mix together all the ingredients and pour into the pie crust.
  • Reduce heat to 325F/160C when you place the pie in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
  • A knife inserted into the middle of the pie will come out clean when finished.
