Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups self-raisingflour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg room temperature

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F or 190C conventional [175C fan forced].
  • Mix all the ingredients together until combined.
  • Pour into a greased bread pan and bake for 30 minutes.
