Who Roast Beast | How The Grinch Stole Christmas

There will be no fights for the coveted drumstick at this Whoville Christmas table! This Who Roast Beast, with extra wings and legs, solves the biggest Christmas dinner dilemma of all.
Quote
“And he, he himself…the Grinch…carved the roast-beast!”
-The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, Dr Seuss

In How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the Roast Beast is the centrepiece of the joyous Whoville Christmas celebration.
“Roast beast” is assumed to be a whimsical nod to roast beef or a holiday turkey. In the spirit of playful interpretation, this version leans into serving up a bird with extra drumsticks and wings so everyone gets a piece of their favourite part, without any Grinchy squabbles at the table.
Food Safety Tip: Make sure you’re using the same type of poultry throughout, either all chicken or all turkey. Mixing different poultry and meat types can result in uneven cooking times, increasing the risk of undercooked or overcooked meat. Keeping it uniform ensures everything roasts safely and evenly and lets you focus on the fun, not food safety worries!
