The Unofficial Elf Cookbook

From Buddy’s Breakfast Spaghetti to the “World’s Best Cup of Coffee,” Tasty Treats Inspired by a Holiday Classic

a personal note

The Unofficial Elf Cookbook was my second published cookbook after The Unofficial Home Alone Cookbook. This time, we went on a food journey from the North Pole to New York City. But as I wrote this cookbook, I really focused on two things. I wanted to help spread Christmas cheer like Buddy would, so you’ll find recipes that can be made and packaged for Christmas gift baskets. And one of the ‘codes’ lead the way: treat every day like Christmas, so many recipes have a Christmas flavor that can be made even for a midweek meal.
